This gas restaurant series range features a large-capacity standard oven, measuring 35 7/16" (900 mm) wide with a 27" (686 mm) deep worktop surface. Constructed with stainless steel front and sides, it includes a 5" wide front rail and adjustable 6" (152 mm) legs for stability.
The range has six powerful two-piece cast open burners, each producing 32,000 BTUh/9.37 kW (natural gas), set in split cast iron ergonomic grates. Options include a griddle or hot-top with cast iron "H" style burners rated at 18,000 BTUh/5.27 kW (natural gas).
The oven features a porcelain bottom and door liner, a heavy-duty door with a "keep cool" handle, and a heavy cast iron "H" burner rated at 38,000 BTUh/11.13 kW (natural gas). It is controlled by an even-bake, fast-recovery snap-action modulating thermostat, with options for a convection oven or storage base available.
